Twenty-five years in business operations and financial administration — the last ten in real estate: three in development, seven running transactions and team operations. 300+ transactions, $400M+ coordinated, zero missed deadlines. She has also run companies of her own — founding a business administration company and co-founding a marketing and social media company — so she knows what the owner's side of the desk feels like.
That decade in real estate includes running the day-to-day operations and full financial administration of a multi-entity real estate organization — bookkeeping, payroll, payables and receivables, month-end reporting, compliance deadlines — and the files behind one of Calgary's top realtors: luxury, condos, multi-family development, rural land, new construction, and complex residential. A marketing background covers the parts where looking good matters.
The work behind the work is the work I love. A realtor who can give their clients their full attention, because someone is minding the file. A business owner whose business runs the way it should, because someone is minding the details. I'm the someone. It's the best seat in the office.
